Dr Kevin Ho completed his Physiotherapy degree with Honours and his PhD at The University of Sydney. He has advanced clinical experience in spinal pain, osteoarthritis, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. He takes a whole-person approach, recognising how physical health both affects and is affected by work, lifestyle, and daily demands.

Kevin is the Founder and Principal Physiotherapist of Insightful Physio within Northmead Medical Centre. Working in a multidisciplinary medical setting, he helps people reduce pain, move better, and return to the activities that matter — whether that is work, sport, or gaming.

Kevin has expertise in the health and performance of gamers and esports athletes.

Kevin teaches musculoskeletal physiotherapy and clinical education at The University of Sydney. He also mentors clinicians with interests in private practice, advanced musculoskeletal care, and esports health.
